Our trainer-coaches are all graduates in their specializations and have significant experience in the business world and professional coaching.
They consider the uniqueness of each entrepreneur, manager, and student, taking into account each one’s level of professional experience and adapting the content and pace of learning in a personalized manner. In order to continue to actively support skills development and the acquisition of new knowledge, partnerships have been developed with other recognized players in the training sector, both in France and abroad.
We design training courses that integrate theoretical knowledge and practical cases contextualized in the learner’s professional environment. Our training paths and contents are adapted and personalized. We put the learner at the center of the skills development process.
To meet the needs and specific context of the industry, we offer various teaching methods: distance learning, in-person, and hybrid mode (accompanied e-learning, one-to-one, workshops). Most of our courses are certified, recognized by the Ministry of Labor, and registered in the French Specific Registry (RS). They are eligible for Public Fundings (CPF, OPCO, and Pôle Emploi).
